Graduate of 4-year course preferably Human Resource, Psychology or equivalent.
At least 1-3year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for the position.
Female, not more than 35 years old;
Ability to build strong relations with clients, applicants and recruitment team
Excellent communication and people skills
Previous experience of training facilitation and planning is an advantage
Responsibilities :
Recruitment
Prepare job postings and advertisements for vacant staff positions
Source, paper sreen and invite candidates for company job vacancies
Conducts initial interview and do necessary endorsements to department head’s for next interviews.
Administers and check examinations of the applicants
Conducts character background checking of the qualified applicants prior to the on boarding
Introduce (route) new employees
Inform requesting head on new employee’s on boarding date
Double checking of pre-employment requirements for 201 filing
Update and maintain recruitment reports and data base.
Training
Assist in identifying the training and development needs
Assist in all internal and external training programs in the company
Maintain and update employee training records
Initiate and coordinate the development of training action plans
Serves as coordinator between the employees and the interns ensuring that procedures (recruitment, induction, evaluation, computation of timecards and checking of documents) are being followed.
Conducts company orientations to newly hired employees
Arranging appointments with doctors, pharmacists and hospital medical teams
Making presentations to doctors, practice staff and nurses in GP surgeries, hospital doctors
Organizing conferences for doctors and other medical staff;
Building and maintaining positive working relationships with medical staff and supporting administrative staff
Planning work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables. This may involve working with the area sales team or discussing future targets with the area sales manager
Regularly attending company meetings, technical data presentations and briefings
Monitoring competitor activity and competitors’ products
Staying informed about the activities of health services in a particular area
QUALIFICATIONS :
Male or Female not more than 40 years old
Candidate must be a graduate of any four-year medical course
At least 1 year extensive work experience in the same field is required with the position
Experience in handling hospital accounts/doctors coverage is an advantage
Must have excellent communications skills
Enthusiast and a team-player
Client-oriented
With pleasing personality
Well-versed in making presentations
Must be a residing in Manila, Muntinlupa, Bulacan, & Cavite.
